Seit dem Gr\u00fcndungstreffen im Juni hat sich viel getan; hier \u00fcber m\u00f6chten wir informieren, aber auch auf Zuk\u00fcnftiges hinweisen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:2px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Webseite &amp; Email-Adresse<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Webseite unserer Fachgruppe ist mittlerweile eingerichtet \u2014 vielen Dank, B\u00fc\u015fra! \u2014 ; sie ist zu finden unter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">                    <a href=\"https:\/\/diversity-math.org\">https:\/\/diversity-math.org<\/a><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>und liefert viel Wissenswertes zu unserer Intention und Motivation sowie Informationen zur Struktur (insbesondere das Protokoll unseres Gr\u00fcndungstreffens). Dies geht entweder \u00fcber das Kontaktformular auf dieser Webseite oder aber direkt \u00fcber unsere Email-Adresse:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">                      <a href=\"mailto:diversity@mathematik.de\">diversity@mathematik.de<\/a><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Umfrage<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Basierend auf einer Idee der Fachgruppe wurde im Juli im Rahmen einer Masterarbeit am Institut f\u00fcr Mathematik an der Universit\u00e4t W\u00fcrzburg eine Umfrage zur Zufriedenheit im Arbeitsumfeld Mathematik an Hochschulen gestartet. Dabei wurden die Mathematik-Institute der deutschen Universit\u00e4ten und Hochschulen sowie Mathematik nahe Einrichtungen angeschrieben, ihre Mitarbeiter:innen \u00fcber diese anonyme Umfrage zu informieren. Mit fast eintausend teilnehmenden Frageb\u00f6gen von mehr als sechzig Institutionen war diese Umfrage ein gro\u00dfer Erfolg \u2014 vielen Dank f\u00fcr die Teilnahme!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Motivation hierf\u00fcr r\u00fchrt von einer k\u00fcrzlich durchgef\u00fchrten, f\u00e4cher\u00fcbergreifenden Studierendenbefragung des Deutschen Zentrum f\u00fcr Hochschule und Wissenschaft (DZHW) her. Die aktuelle Umfrage soll eine f\u00e4cherspezifische Erg\u00e4nzung f\u00fcr die Mathematik liefern und Zufriedenheit im deutschsprachigen Arbeitsfeld Mathematik auch im Hinblick auf Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsmerkmale (Diversity-Dimensionen) kontextualisieren. Die vielversprechenden Antworten werden zur Zeit ausgewertet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u00dcber Ergebnisse werden wir in einem sp\u00e4teren Newsletter berichten. September in Ilmenau gibt es ein von der Fachgruppe initiiertes und von Nicola Oswald (Uni W\u00fcrzburg) und Gudrun Th\u00e4ter (KIT) organsiertes Minisymposium Soziale Dimensionen der Mathematik. Forschung und Praxis im Experimentierlabor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Panel discussion\u00a0Soziale Dimensionen in der Mathematik\u00a0mit u.a. Lara Gildehaus (Uni Paderborn), Nicola Oswald (Uni W\u00fcrzburg), Gudrun Th\u00e4ter (KIT).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Die beiden letzten Programmpunkte werden auch online zug\u00e4nglich sein, allerdings wurden wir bislang noch nicht \u00fcber die konkreten Zugangsm\u00f6glichkeiten informiert. Auch steht das oben kommunizierte Programm noch nicht auf der offizielen Webseite (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tu-ilmenau.de\/dmv2023\/program\" target=\"_self\">https: \/\/www.tu-ilmenau.de\/dmv2023\/program<\/a>) zur Verf\u00fcgung. Dies sollte sich aber zeitnah \u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gibt mit dem von Anina Mischau, Joshua Wiebe und Sarah Wolf (alle FU Berlin) organisierten Minisymposium zu Mathematics and society-embedding models in discussions of societal challenges noch ein weiteres empfehlenswertes Angebot zu unserem Themenkreis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es w\u00e4re sch\u00f6n, sich in Ilmenau zu sehen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OPEN vhb-Kurs zu Diversity Management<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses zugangsfreie und kostenlose Online-Angebot von Prof. Dr. Edeltraud Botzum (TH Rosenheim) ist sicherlich f\u00fcr viele von uns interessant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-small-font-size is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Der Kurs Diversity Management in Sozialen Organisationen vermittelt einen \u00dcberblick, wie Potenziale, die Diversit\u00e4t mit sich bringt, von Sozialen Organisationen genutzt werden k\u00f6nnen. Dazu geh\u00f6ren eine Auseinandersetzung mit dem Begriff Diversity und eine Einf\u00fchrung in das Konzept Diversity Management. Im Fokus stehen dabei Best-Practice-Beispiele aus verschiedenen sozialen Arbeitsfeldern und eine konkrete Anleitung, wie Diversity Management in der eigenen Organisation auf verschiedenen Ebenen implementiert werden kann.
